Interesting Wikipedia Pages
Sometimes you learn about something, end up on its Wikipedia page to confirm that it actually exists, and then stick around to see what other strange or fascinating details are hiding nearby. Over the years, I've found myself doing this often enough that I decided to make a page documenting some of the more interesting things I've discovered along the way.
I've noticed that these procrastination-fueled research sessions usually fall into one of two categories: "that's interesting in a cool way" and "that's interesting in a terrible way." To make browsing a little easier, I've separated those into different sections in case you're not in the mood to learn about anything terrible today.
I've also added a neutral category for things that I found interesting without being particularly cool or horrifying. For example, I think a hog oiler is interesting, but it doesn't really fit into either of the other categories.
